Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-3 Tbsp oil (light oil like canola, olive, etc)
1 Tbsp butter
2-3 cloves minced garlic
Steak, cut into cubes
Salt and Pepper
Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut desired steak into 1x1 inch cubes or desired size. Season with salt and pepper. Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
2. In a cast iron skillet, heat up ~2-3 Tbsp oil, depending on how much steak you are cooking up.
3. Once hot, add in steak pieces. Be careful not to flip steak too early; you want that nice crust on the outside. Cook for ~3 minutes.
4. Flip steak pieces over and let cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add in ~1 Tbsp butter and 2-3 minced garlic cloves to cast iron with steak. Baste steak pieces until coated and cooked to your liking.
6. Place steak onto plate and let rest for about 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired, and serve!

Personal Notes:
I usually use a cheaper cut of steak when making these since there is a lot of flavor in the butter and garlic. Sirloin is my favorite!

Red skin garlic mashed potatoes go great with this meal!
