1 box rotini
Ham
4-6 oz feta cheese
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 bunch green onion,
1 cucumber, diced
Garlic expressions salad dressing
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to box. Once cooked, place in strainer and run cold water over the noodles to stop the cooking process.
2. While pasta is being prepared, chop and dice the ham, red bell pepper, green onions, and cucumbers into desired sizes. Place into large bowl. Add in feta cheese.
3. Pour noodles into the bowl with the veggies and feta cheese.
4. Add in garlic expressions dressing. Use desired amount. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Chill in fridge for at least 4 hours. Refrigerate overnight for best results!

I use tricolor rotini to add some more color to the pasta.

My favorite feta cheese is a fresh block of French feta from Randazzo's market. However, any crumbled feta will work!

I like to use Sara Lee honey ham from the deli counter, asking for dinner cut (usually 2).

Feel free to add in tomatoes or red onion to the mix! This is all up for interpretation :)

You may need to add extra dressing next day if the noodles soaked up all the dressing. Enjoy!
