"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
In a large skillet, cook ground beef. Drain off fat. Stir in salt and pepper. Coat a large sheet of foil with cooking spray. Roll pizza dough into 14x 11 inch oval. Transfer to foil. Ease foil and pastry into the liner of a 6 quart oval slow cooker. Fold down top of pastry edges to make an even crust that extends 1 inch up the sides. Spread with pizza sauce. Top with meat and half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Top with onion. Cover and cook on high 3 ½ hour or until crust is golden, giving crockery liner a turn halfway through if possible. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and cook 10 more minutes. Turn off cooker. Remove crockery liner from cooker. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Top with bacon
