1 8-oz round Brie cheese
1/3 cup whole cranberry sauce
¼ cup dried cranberries
1 T honey
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup salted, roasted pistachio nuts, coarsely chopped
Crackers and/or pear and apple slices

Directions:
Directions:
Place cheese in a 1 ½- 2 quart slow cooker. In a small bowl combine cranberry sauce, dried cranberries, honey and pepper. Spoon over cheese. Cover and cook on low 2 hours or high 1 hour until cheese is softened but not melted. Sprinkle cheese with pistachios and serve with crackers and/ or sliced fruit.
