1 lb ground moose or caribou
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp fat
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
4 cups canned tomatoes
1 300ml drained mushroom pieces
1 tbsp chili powder
1 450ml can reed kidney beans

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle meat with flour, salt, pepper.
melt fat in heavy fry pan
combine meat with onions, then brown it in hot fat
Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat and simmer until meat is tender, about 45 minutes
Serve hot with rice, bannock, or buttered toast.
