PULLED PORK

4-1/2 Pounds Pork Shoulder
2 Tbls Paprika
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp ground Black Pepper
1 Yellow Onion Diced
4 Garlic Cloves Chopped
1 Orange Juiced

TACO INGREDIENTS

Tortillas
Pickled Red Onion
Goat Cheese
Chopped Cilantro
Diced Avacado

Directions:
Directions:
1. In small bowl, mix Paprika, Oregano, Cumin, Salt and Pepper together.
2. Place diced Onion, Garlic and Orange Juice in Slow cooker
3. Trim excess fat from Pork Shoulder, rub the spice mixture generously on entire shoulder. Cook at low temperature for 8 hours.
4. Once Pork is fully cooked, remove from cooker to cutting board and use 2 forks to shred Pork.
5. Assemble your Tacos with warmed Pulled Pork, few slices of Onion, Avocado, Goat Cheese and Cilantro scattered over the Taco..
