3 lemons
1 ½ c sugar
1 stick butter
4 eggs
½ c lemon juice (3-4)
dash salt

Directions:
1. zest lemons, combine with sugar
2. cream butter and lemon mixture
3. add eggs one at a time
4. add lemon juice and salt and mix till combined
5. pour mixture into 2 quart saucepan, heat over low heat, stirring constantly until 170º
