1 1/3 C all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 C nonfat Greek yogurt

Directions:

1. Mix ingredients together
2. Par bake the crust in an 8x6 pan at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
3. Add whatever pizza topping you want
4. Bake 25-30 minutes

Might be able to replace 1/4 of flour with flaxseed meal for a bit more protein and fiber. One lady made bagels - bake 22-25 minutes at 375

Another person flattened it into bread and fried with a bit of oil in a pan to make flatbread

I made this - pretty good. Did 2/3 cup of flour but that made a little too much. Try 1/2 next time for a serving
