Dumplins:
3/4 Cup milk
1 Egg
1 tsp. Salt
Flour

Directions:
Boil cut up chicken and save the broth. The chicken will float to the top when done. Remove chicken from pan and strain the broth.

Mix Dumplin ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add a little four at a time until it is a medium firm ball. Knead well, a little at a time. Roll out on a floured surface until very thin. Cut and drop into boiling broth. Boil about 20 minutes and then let sit for about 10 minutes in a covered pan (not tightly covered).

Remove the chicken from the bones and add to the dumplins.
