1 9" unbaked pastry shell
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or swiss cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1/8 tsp pepper
Sliced tomato for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat. Drain fat and set aside. Blend mayo, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper. Turn mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife comes out clean of center. Garnish with sliced tomatoes if desired.
