5 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon instant coffee
3/4 cup potato starch

Glaze/drizzle
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Cake
Preheat to 350.
In large bowl, mix together eggs, sugars, and oil.
In separate bowl, combine vinegar and baking soda. As it starts to fizz, quickly pour into large bowl and mix well.
Add cocoa, instant coffee and potato starch.

Pour into greased Bundt pan.

Bake 40 minutes or until tester comes out clean.

Glaze
Make one batch of glaze with cocoa and one without. Layer for effect.
