½ cup softened butter
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
1 ¼ cups flour
2 ¾ cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Using beater combine butter, sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs, baking soda, ground cinnamon, salt and mix until creamy. Add flour and continue mixing once smooth add oatmeal and raisins.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cover baking sheets with parchment paper.

Using teaspoon drop on cookie sheet gently press done on the cookie to flatten slightly.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

You can boil the raisins or cranberries to soften and plump them up.
