2-2 ⅓ Cups Flour
2 ¼ Teaspoons Yeast (1 Packet)
1 ½ Teaspoons Sugar
¾ Teaspoon Salt
¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
¾ Cup Warm Water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in large bowl. If desired, add garlic powder and dried basil at this point as well.
Add olive oil and warm water and use a wooden spoon to stir very well.
Gradually add another cup of flour. (Sometimes may need an additional ⅓ cup flour). Stirring until dough is forming a cohesive, elastic ball and is pulling away from the sides of the bowl. Lightly dust counter with flour and knead dough and form into a round ball.
Drizzle a separate large bowl with olive oil and put dough into bowl coating it with the olive oil in bowl. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let rise 30 minutes or until double in size.
Once double in size, knead briefly. Use 10-12 inch pan with Pam or line with parchment paper and transfer dough to 10–12 pizza pan. Spread dough out to desired thickness and drizzle with olive oil.
Preheat oven to 425º.
Add desired toppings and bake 13-15 minutes in preheated oven.
