2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 carton (15oz) ricotta cheese
1/2 cup plus 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, divided
6 oz pepperoni slices (and use veggie pepperoni or other ingredients)
2 large eggs, divided use
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp Italian seasoning, divided
2 loaves (1 lb each) frozen bread dough, thawed
1/3 cup pizza sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine mozzarella,ricotta cheese,1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, pepperoni (or add separately for different add ins or vegetarian), 1 egg, garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning.
Divide bread dough, or make two loafs. Add toppings to pockets or loafs and cook until bread dough is fully cooked and cheese mixture is fully melted.
