2 Roma Tomatoes, seeded & finely chopped
1½ t kosher salt
2 avocados, finely chopped
1 ear corn, kernels removed (⅔ c)
1 Jalapeno, seeded & finely chopped
½ medium red onion, chopped (½ c)
½ c chopped fresh cilantro
3 T fresh lime juice
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
½ t ground cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Place tomatoes in a strainer and toss with 1 t salt and let sit 5 min.
Transfer tomatoes to large bowl. Add avocados, corn, jalapeno, onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and cumin. Season with remaining ½ t salt and toss to combine.
Serve with tortilla chips
