24 medium shrimp
1/3 cup prepared Balsamic vinegar
24 wood toothpicks
12 slices bacon
24 pickled jalapeno slices
1/2 cup mayo
1 Tbsp chili sauce
1 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp minced sweet red pepper

Shell and devein shrimp; then set aside. Place shrimp and balsamic vinegar dressing in zip-loc bag.Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Soak toothpicks in water while shrimp is marinating. Microwave bacon on high for 1 minute, cut slices cross-length and let cool. Coat broiler pan with nonstick spray. Wrap shrimp with bacon and 1 jalepeno slice. Stir remaining ingredients plus 1 T water. Cover dipping sauce, refrigerate until ready to use. Place rolls on prepared pan and brush with remaining marinade. Broil for 3 minutes. Turn and brush with marinnade. Broil 2 more minutes. Serve with dipping sauce. Refrigerate any leftovers.
