Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 c Sugar
1 c Shortning melted
2 t salt
1 t nutmeg
3 c warm water or scalded milk
2 Pkg dry yeast
4 c flour
2 eggs
3 c additional flour [may have to use more]
mixture of white and brown sugar and cinnamon [½ c each white & brown & 1½ t cinnamon]
1 c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place first 5 ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Add yeast to flour and add to first mixture. Beat well.
Add remaining flour and kneed dough well [should not be stickey] shape in bowl.
Place in a warm place and let rise at least 1 hour. Remove from bowl and punch down. Let rise another ½ hour. Remove from bowl . Roll out to fit greased pans. Place in pans. Let rise again
When dough is light and risen, spread butter on top and sprinkle mixture of sugars and cinnamon. Bake @ 400º [ 375º if using glass pans] for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
