1 c. mayonnaise
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 T. chopped fresh parsley or 2 t. dried parsley
1 T. shallots or sweet onion, roughly chopped
1 T. drained capers
2-3 jalapenos, seeded and roughly chopped
Dash of Tabasco

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a small food processor and pulse to desired consistency.
Add more Tabasco for spicier sauce.

This is a good sauce for grilled salmon. For regular tartar sauce, use 1 T. sweet pickle relish and omit the jalapenos and Tabasco.
