1 pkg. light brown sugar (2 cups)
1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup margarine or butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 quarts popped corn **

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, combine light brown sugar and white corn syrup. Bring to a boil. Add margarine or butter and sweetened condensed milk. Pour over popped corn.

**(3 packages of microwave popcorn)
