12 oz feta
1 cup Greek yogurt
8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil (plus more for serving)
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
2 Tablespoons chopped dill (plus more for serving)
kosher salt
crushed red pepper flakes
½ cup chopped cucumber
½ cup pint cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine feta, greek yogurt, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice and zest. With a hand mixer, mix until fluffy. Season with salt and crushed red pepper flakes and stir in dill.
2. Chill for 8 hours.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl. Top with cucumber and tomatoes. Garnish with more dill and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with pita chips for dipping.
