4 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
2 Sticks Butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Milk
2 Cups Sugar or Sugar Substitute
2 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with sugar. Mix vanilla and milk; add to butter mixture. Add eggs. Sift and mix in flour, baking powder, and salt and mix well. Pat hands in grease and flour or spray cooking spray large cookie sheet. Pat dough and smooth into cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until light brown (10 - 12 minutes). Cut in squares in cookie sheet. After cools down about 10 minutes, remove tea cakes from pan and cool down on rack.
