Braised Liver Recipe

1½ lb. liver sliced
Breading mix
Milk

Dip liver in milk, then flour mix and brown in bacon grease or oil.

1 can diced (14.5oz.) diced tomatoes
1 med. onion
½ celery stick (optional)

Place in blender and chop until onion is in small pieces.

Crock pot: Spray crock pot with oil. Place layer of liver in pot and sprinkle with seasoned salt and tenderizer. Pour sauce over to cover the meat. Add next layer of meat salt and then sauce. Cook about 1 hour on high or until tender.

Electric skillet: Layer the liver like in crock pot and cook about 30 minutes or until tender.
