32oz vegetable broth
3 ounces Guajillo peppers
2 ounces Ancho peppers
1 large can of hominy (108 ounce)
Garlic salt
Onion salt
Mexican oregano
Sun vista Pinto beans ( 2 40oz cans)
2 packs of Calidad Tostadas
Cholula hot sauce

Directions:

Pour broth into large pot and set on med high.

While broth is warming make chili sauce. Cut stem and remove seeds from all Chilies. Soak in large bowl of water for 10 minutes. Remove and pat dry the chilies.

Once dry add to heated frying pan to heat until browned. Add the browned chilies to blender and pour 2 cups of the soaking chili water on top, then puree until smooth.

Add chili sauce to vegetable broth.Add can of hominy Add Pinto beans Turn up heat to high and stir. Season with onion powder, garlic powder and Mexican oregano.

TOPPINGS:Cut up 3 avocados, 1 head of cabbage, 6-8 radish and place in separate bowl for serving. Turn heat down to med low and serve with Toppings and tostadas. Add cholula as needed.
