3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup banana
3/4 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Filling:
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp butter (1/4 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar together for 5 minutes.

Beat in remaining items, minus filling ingredients.

Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

Roll onto a powdered sugar coated towel and cool in fridge for an hour.

Beat together the filling ingredients, fill the cooled roll. Reroll and enjoy.
