6 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups cake meal
2 tsp. potato starch
salt

Filling:
8 large apples (sliced)
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
juice of 1 lemon
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the eggs & sugar. Add oil and dry ingredients.
Bake at 350º until golden and tester comes out clean.
