Ingredients:
2cups cooked macaroni (I used elbow & tricolor rotelli
3 hard boiled eggs (served these on the side for those who don't like eggs)
1 chopped onion
3 stalks of celery, chopped
1 chopped red pepper
2 TB relish
2 cups Miracle Whip
3/4 sugar ( could use less, tasted a bit sweet but good!)
3 TB mustard ( could use less)
2+1/4 tsp White Vinegar
3/4 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the macaroni to al dente stage, do not overcook. Drain & set aside
Add all veggies to macaroni.
Mix all dressing ingredients & stir well.
Pour half over macaroni & vegetables adding more until mix is well dressed but not soupy. ( I had about half a cup left over because I prefer my salad a little dry & leftovers keep better)
Let flavors blend by keeping in the refrigerator for atleast an hour or two before serving

This is really good. I would use less sugar & mustard just because of my taste, but I think its the best creamy macaroni salad I've ever eaten.
