4 ounce linguini pasta (We prefer bowtie)
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
2 t Cajun seasoning (I add much more- I coat the chicken with the seasoning because we like SPICY)
2 T Butter
1 thinly sliced green onion
1-2 C heavy whipping cream
2 T chopped, sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 t salt
1/4 t dried basil
1/8 t ground black pepepr
1/8 t garlic power
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
In a large pot with boiling water, cook pasta until done then drain. Meanwhile, place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl then toss to coat. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute chicken in butter until chicken is tender, about 5-7 minutes. Reduce heat and add green onion, cream, tomatoes, basil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and heat through. Pour over pasta and toss to coat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
