4 pork chops
2 eggs
½ c flour
1 c Panko breadcrumbs
½ t salt
1 T lemon juice
1 t pepper
vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
1. Marinate pork chops in salt, lemon juice, and pepper for at least one hour.

2. Place flour in a shallow bowl or plate. Whisk eggs in another shallow bowl. Put the breadcrumbs on a third plate.

3. Dredge a pork chop first in flour, covering both sides completely then shake off excess. Dip it next in the egg mixture, then lastly, coat it completely with breadcrumbs. Do the same to the rest of the pork chops.

4. Heat skillet or frying pan over medium heat and add enough oil to reach half of the sides of the pork chops. When the oil if hot enough, cook pork chops for about 6-8 minutes each, turning once in between or until each side is golden brown and crispy.

5. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil.
