0.25 cup almond butter * See notes
0.63 cups vanilla protein powder
0.38 cup oat flour or Medjool dates ** See notes
0.38 cup + 2 tablespoons water *** See notes
0.13 cup chocolate chips optional
1 tsp mable syrup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.

2. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, regularly scraping down the sides. Fold through the chocolate chips.

3. Transfer into a lined baking dish and press down into the pan. Refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up.

4. Remove the cookie dough protein bars from the refrigerator and slice into 12 bars.
