1 c flour
2 tbs sugar
1/2 c cold butter
1/2 c chopped pecans
Filling:
1 8oz cream cheese softened
1 c powdered sugar
1 12 oz cool whip divided
4 c cold milk
3 pkgs (3.4 oz) coconut cream instant pudding
1/2 c flaked coconut toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in the pecans, press into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325 for 20-25 min or until lightly golden. Cool on wire rack.
In a small bowl beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in 1 c cool whip. Spread over crust. In a bowl whisk milk and pudding for 2 min; let stand for 2 min or until softset. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cool whip. Sprinkle with coconut; refrigerate overnight.
