2 1/2 cup GF Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Zantham Gum
1 tsp orange peel
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Blend sugar, butter and eggs add vanilla. Slowly add dry ingredients

Add extra GF Flour to roll out and cut cookies

Bake 350 degrees 10-13- min
