Nonstick cooking spray
6 cups combination of cereals/ crackers/ pretzels (toasted oat cereal, wheat squares, corn squares, rice squares or pretzels)
¾ cup slivered almonds
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup dried fruit, coarsely chopped

Lightly coat a 6 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In prepared cooker, combine cereals and almonds. In a small bowl combine brown sugar, butter, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over cereal mixture; toss to coat. Cook uncovered on high 1 ½ hours, stirring up from bottom every 30 minutes. Turn to low heat; cook, uncovered, 20 minutes more or until dry and crisp, stirring up from bottom every 10 minutes.

Spread on a large piece of foil. Sprinkle with dried fruit. Cool.
