1 cup uncooked Rice
1 tsp butter or margarine
2 cloves galic (minced)
1 tsp lime zest
1 can (15 0z) chicken broth
1 ¼ cup water
2 TBSP Lime Juice
2 tsp sugar
3 TBSP Chopped Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan combine rice, butter, garlic, lime peel, chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil, cover and cook 15-20 minutes, unitl rice is tender. in a small bowl combinelimejuice, sugar and cilantro. Pour over hot cooked rice and stir.
