Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 cod fillets
3 Tbsp melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper, pinch sea salt
squeeze lemon juice
fresh parsley, to garnish

First, preheat oven to 400º. Spray pan with nonstick spray.

In bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, pepper and salt.
Pat fish dry. Place in greased pan. Then, pour melted butter mixture over fish.

Bake for 10-12 min or until fish is flaky and opaque. Insert fork into fish. Twist. If the fish flakes, it is done.

Finally, remove from oven. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and fresh herbs on top.

Notes: Use fresh fish or thawed frozen cod.
For mild flavor, consider omitting paprika.
To make dairy free, replace melted butter with 1 Tbsp olive oil.
To test if fish is done, insert fork & twist. If fish easily flakes, remove from oven.
