1/3 Cup Olive Oil
2-3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
2 Cans Minced or Chopped Clams (6 ˝ Oz. each)
1 Box of Linguine (16 Oz.)
˝ Cup Parsley (chopped)
Red Pepper Flakes & Salt (to taste)

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. In a large sauté pan cook garlic over medium heat until garlic begins to color. Drain clams, and reserve the liquid. Add liquid from sauté pan and remove from heat.
3. When the water boils, add linguine and cook until a minute or two short of al dente. Scoop out one cup of cooking liquid and hold in reserve. Drain pasta and add to sauté pan with ˝ cup of the reserved liquid. Turn heat to high and coo, tossing pasta while it absorbs liquid. If the pan gets dry add more of the reserved liquid. Then add the drained clams, parsley, red pepper and salt. Toss well and serve.

Makes 4-6 Servings.
