Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Beef, 1Tbsp Olive Oil
1 packet Taco Seasoning
½ cup Black Beans, drained
2 cups Tortilla Chips
1 Shredded Cheese
1 Tomatoes, diced
1 Green Onion, chop, ¼ Black Olives
2 Tbsp Sour Cream

Crumble ground beef by hand; place in air fryer basket, drizzle olive oil on top; sprinkle taco seasoning all over beef evenly. Cook beef at 400º for 5 min. Open basket; use wooden spoon to lightly toss beef. Cook another 3-5 min until browned completely through; no pink is left. Remove basket, place meat in small bowl; set aside.
Clean out grease from bottom of air fryer; line basket with parchment paper; begin to assemble nachos. Spread tortilla chips over parchment paper then sprinkle on shredded cheese. Add your cooked taco meat & black beans to nachos; return to air fryer 2-3 min at 350º until cheese is melted. Sprinkle diced tomatoes, green onions, black olives, sour cream & any other toppings. Use edges of parchment paper to easily lift nachos out of basket; transfer to plate.
Other FAQ suggestions: Do you lose a lot of beef through grate of air fryer while browning it? You lose some, but very little. Just make sure to crumble beef by hand before placing it in basket, don’t try to crumble in basket itself.
Do I have to cook meat in air fryer? You can cook beef on stove but It’s nice to make all in one place; air fryer drains grease well!
I don’t have taco seasoning packets on hand, what can I substitute? If you have spices on hand; mix together 1Tbsp chili powder, ¼ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder, ¼ tsp oregano, ½ tsp paprika, 2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp of salt, ½ tsp pepper. You can just add oil, salt & pepper to season meat.
