2 apples peeled and sliced
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray Pam in a standard pie plate.
In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients thoroughly then add apples, vanilla, eggs and pecans and mix thoroughly. Spoon into pie plate and spread evenly. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool partially before slicing.
