16-ounce package of fresh portabella mushroom ravioli
1 T olive oil
1 tsp butter or margarine
6 ounces sliced portabella mushrooms
½ cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 T fresh basil, coarsely chopped
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil ravioli according to the package directions. Simultaneously, saute onion and mushrooms in oil and butter for five minutes. Add garlic and basil. Add broth. Combine ravioli and sauce. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
