This is our go-to topping for a buttered crusty baguette anytime!

Todd Wilbur has several "copycat" cookbooks that I've purchased over the years.

I triple or quadruple this recipe because my husband craves this on a French baguette slathered in butter. Sometimes I broil, sometimes I wrap in foil and bake.

For a tasty pasta salad, mix 4 TBSP seasoning mix with 1 lb of cooked pasta and 8 oz of Italian dressing. Toss and chill several hours before serving.

Storage Tip:! Do not throw away the green tops from large quantity Kraft Parmesan cheese containers. They fit perfectly on a Ball or Mason jar. I use them for lots of spice mixes I make.
