6 EGGS
1/4 c GOOD mayo.
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice or white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sugar.
1/4 c chopped celery
3 tbsp chopped scallions
1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley leaves









Directions:

boil eggs, cool them
Shell them and chop them
In small bowl whisk together: mayo, mustard,lemon juice, worcester sauce, salt and pepper.
Add chopped eggs scallions. celery and parsley
Mix well with a spatula.
Serve or refrigerate
