2/3 c. pumpkin puree (3/4 c.)
1/4 c. peanut butter (1/3 c.)
2 large eggs (1)
3 c. flour (2)
or a ratio of flour to oatmeal
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 3 ingredients in the bowl of your stand mixer. Add flour or flour/oatmeal mixture until dough is no longer sticky. I like to refrigerate the dough for about 1/2 hour before rolling out. Roll to 1/4" thickness. Cut out with doggie shaped cookie cutter of choice. Bake in 350º F oven for 20-25 minutes.
