3 eggs
2/3 c sugar
1/2 t salt
1/3 c butter, melted
1 c corn syrup, light or dark
1 c pecans, whole or broken
pie crust for 9" pie

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Beat everything but nuts until blended. Stir in nuts and pour into pie shell. Bake 40-50 minutes until set.

I use an extra egg - four total. Add 1 c of chopped pecans to the filling. Then I add pecan halves to the top. More pecan per bite this way.
