2 pkgs. Fortune stir-fry noodles
½ white onion cut into strips
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 green and 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
½ head of broccoli florets, cut into chunks
several cauliflower florets, cut up
1 bunch of bok choy, greens only, cut up
4 medium carrots, shaved
1 large bunch onions, chopped

Sauce:
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
Minced garlic
Cornstarch
Water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the noodles in vegetable oil until semi crispy. Salt while cooking. Set aside
2. In same stir-fry pan, add a bit more oil if necessary. Stir fry the onion, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower, and bell pepper. Stir-fry to desired doneness. Add bok choy and carrot and stir fry for a few minutes until softened.
3. Mix together the oyster and soy sauces, garlic, water, and corn starch. Mix together until blended. Add to stir-fried veggies and stir until thickened.
4. Add the fried noodles and toss until evenly mixed throughout veggies.
5. Stir in the chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Could stir-fry chicken, beef, or pork and add. Would be very good. Can also serve with rice. Dan likes rice on the side.
