1/4 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg white
2-1/2 c pecan halves

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Mix sugar cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites till frothy: gently mix in pecans, then sugar mixture. Spread on lightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes. With spatula remove to wire rack to cool while still hot ,
