2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon.
2 tsp cream of tartar
2-3/4 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1-1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 c butter
3 tbsp sugar

cinnamon/ sugar mixture- 1 tbsp cinnamon, 3 tbsp sugar
Directions:
Directions:
mix together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt and set aside. Cream together butter and sugar followed by adding eggs until well blended. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix well. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. roll the balls of dough into the cinnamon sugar mixture and place on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes,
