100 g Sourdough Starter
250 g water
500 g flour
10 g Salt
20 g sugar
60 g room temp butter
7 g instant yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sourdough discard, water, and flour into mixing bowl. Mix until shaggy dough. Around 30 sec.
Let rest for 30 minutes

Add salt, sugar, butter, and yeast. Knead with dough hook for 3 - 6 minutes
Bread should be elastic and silky

Cover and let rise for hour or until doubled.

Once doubled tip out of container. Put flour around edges to help remove dough. Gently place in a buttered loaf pan. Let rise until bread rises above loaf pan.

Bake 350 degrees for 40 - 45 min. Should sound hallow.

Cook on wire rack.
