2 large boneless chicken breast cut into strips.
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbs cornstarch
1 cup chicken broth
4 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp chrushed red pepper flakes
8 oz uncooked lingini
2 tbs veg oil
2 carrots julienned
1 large green pepper julienned
3 tbs soy sauce

Directions:

Cut chicken in strips. Blend sherry, 1 tbs cornstarch, and garlic in bowl. Stir in chicken and let stand for 10 minutes.
Combine broth, vinegar, red pepper flakes, and 1 tbs cornstarch set aside

Cook pasta, omit salt.

Heat 1 tbs oil in large skillet. Add chicken and stir fry 3 min. Remove from pan.
Add carrots and green peppers stir fry 2 min.
add chicken and broth mixture. Cook until thickened
