1/2 Cup Mayo
1 TBL Sugar
1 TBL Apple Cider Vinegar
1 QT Shredded Cabbage
1 1/2 Cups Chopped Apples
1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
1/4 Cup Raisins
1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Sprinkle of Poppy Seeds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine mayo, sugar and vinegar, mix well
2.Add remaining ingredients, mix well
3. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top
4. Chill


Note: The mayo, sugar, vinegar and poppy seeds make a great sauce for store bought coleslaw mix.
