4 apples, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
1/2 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Put the apples into a large saucepan
Pour in the apple juice and lemon juice
Place over medium heat and bring to a boil
Add sugar and cinnamon, and stir well.
Reduce heat to low, put a lid on and simmer until the apples are tender, for about 15-20 minutes
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature
Puree the apples using a hand blender or a food processor
Spread the puree on dehydrator trays covers with non-stick sheets of parchment paper.
Dehydrate at 125 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 hours until pliable
Cut into strips and roll
Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place
