2-3 Ripe bananas (not overripe), Peeled
1 Tablespoon fresh pressed lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the bananas into 1/8 inch slices
Mix the lemon juice with 1/4 cup water in a mug
Place the banana slices on a dehydrator tray
Brush each slice on both sides with the mix of lemon juice and water
Dehydrate at 135 degrees F for 6-10 hours until crisp
Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place
